An appraisal is an official, detailed report prepared by our certified appraiser. An appraisal report is required when applying for a mortgage.
How soon will I receive my appraisal report?
After the inspection, you will receive the appraisal report within 4 working days.
In urgent cases, we can provide a validated appraisal report within 48 hours, depending on the NWWI.

I don't speak Dutch, is that a problem?
Not at all. Our team speaks fluent English, French, and Turkish and regularly assists expats moving to the Netherlands. In addition, we have good contacts with interpreters, so language is never a barrier.

Do you also offer financial advice, or only valuations?
We do not provide financial advice ourselves, but we are happy to put you in touch with accredited mortgage advisors. For valuations, we provide validated reports that are accepted by all Dutch financial institutions.
Do I receive different services as an expat?

Do I need to speak Turkish to invest in Türkiye?
No, because we speak fluent Turkish and handle all communication. You can communicate entirely in English, while we efficiently coordinate the process in Türkiye.
