My passion for real estate started early. As a child, I couldn’t help but peek inside. Houses tell stories, and those stories continue to inspire me. That’s why personal attention is central to me in every process. 

From that conviction, I founded Chapter Makelaars, a place where commitment, creativity, and that little extra come naturally. 

Based in Utrecht, I have built years of experience in the housing market. Amsterdam and Istanbul are also familiar territory to me, which has further deepened my expertise.
