NHG Threshold Rises to €470.000 in 2026, Good News for Homebuyers!
Starting January 1, 2026, the NHG threshold, the maximum amount for which a mortgage with NHG (National Mortgage Guarantee) can be taken out, will increase from €450,000 to €470,000.
